Digitals 2 - Still silly

I am still doing some real drawing. Well, real drawing is still what I spend a lot of time thinking about, when I'm at baby groups and walking around pretending to be normal. I am pleased with how quickly I can do these though. Time and energy pretty comprehensively compromised these days.

Hi Max, I'm using Painter not photoshop. I think I started with digital watercolour, did stuff I can't remember, pushed it around a little bit with 'distorto' and used some 'real watercolour' at the end. I am making it up as I go along.

Oh yeah and on that one, I used some filters which I also can't remember the names of. Are they called filters? Filters? Effects?

That is one magnifico Simon Cowell, down to the stubble, for cracks sake.
Is there a digital app for stubble? If not, you've invented it.
do you think you portrayed him...a little too nice.
maybe its Simon looking at his mummy?

You would draw a lovely Mrs. Cowell; down her stubble.

thanks Thomas. It wasn't supposed to be too nice. I don't hate Cowell specifically as much as some do, but he is grotesque in his way. Perhaps I am too Cowell neutral to be either fangirl flattering or hatred monsterfying.

Well, took a second look, and I don't think its too nice. Just came away with that impression at first.

Saskia, thank you. Your work is incredible. If I wasn't looking after a baby all day, I'd be studying it!
