Iris Evening paintings

These are small, watercolor, I did the three of them in about 2 and a half hours in the evening. I have to make the best of my evenings!

By the way, I have a new revamped Etsy store, it's now called 'Binkertons', one of the names Bob calls Iris. Time to get womany, crafty, cute and affordable:

I love your portraits, they are one part El Greco, one part Rembrandt, one part John Kricfalusi. Wonderful!

Well, that was almost exactly the mixture I was aiming for, so thanks very much!

I love these, especially that first one. Also, she is adorable!

Thank you Julie, I did these really fast and they were a bit of an afterthought, but I really enjoyed how they came out... in fact the speed made them 'purer' I think.

I really really love and admire your usual scribbly round freeflwoing style, but I did not know you could do portraits realistically like this and I just LOVE them too...please please never stop posting
