I love the expression on the last one, he looks a bit like Johnny Carson.

Love that he looks both a baby and an old-man-in-waiting. The drawings aren't sentimental, either. I start drawing babies and I can very quickly lapse into that late-style of Chuck Jones, where everyone has angel-puckered lips, and outer lashes like cherubim wings. Awful!
These are great--a little Durer-esque. Babies are just hard--their proportions are all whack.
And ditto on the Johnny Carson comment.

It's actually the father of my baby as a baby. Our actual baby is due in just about five weeks... I guess I've been trying to figure out what she'll look like. More baby scribblins to come I'll wager.
